We have come a long way in understanding mental health, but for men, it’s different. Many men feel that it isn’t ok to feel sad and open up to the people close to them.
We care about our fellow brothers. We have an ongoing responsibility to protect and sustain ourselves and our loved ones, ignoring ourselves, our problems, traumas, and so on. We are actively opening doors for brothers to come together and share their feelings, things that they’re grateful for, things that scare them, the things they love and hate Mental health is just as important as physical health. We want to raise awareness.
